The client wished to design and deliver a high specification apartment building in downtown Tauranga. The apartments will be built over six levels (plus basement level car park) and many will offer stunning views of the harbour and out to Mauao. Located on the harbour and surrounded by parklands, the building was always going to be special.
The six level building will also include basement and podium car parking. Latitude has been designed to a high specification, with architectural finishes, large suite windows, and Alucobond and Nuwall cladding.
The building will offer a mixture of two to three bedroom apartments, including large penthouses on the upper floors. Interior finishes and fitouts are of a premium standard, catering to the growing luxury apartment market.
