The site for the building is a sought after, convenient location, close to the Baypark sporting complex in an industrial area of Mount Maunganui. There are 10 trade units in the complex varying in size from 83m2 to 271m2. All units contain toilet facilities and a kitchenette, and some of the units have been designed with office spaces.

The building is externally covered with vertical run metal cladding. The client selected bright orange accents for the road-facing side. This creates a prominent and visually appealing facade.
