It is with a pleasure that I enclose here within my cheque for the recent work that your firm undertook at 15A Ave Mt Maunganui. The reason that I have not direct credited the payment to your bank account as indicated on your statement, is that I wanted to mention the two young men that came to my house on the Saturday morning to install the air-conditioning unit.

It is fair to say that they are great ambassadors for your Company. They were very pleasant, personally, tidy and clean. The first thing that they did when they arrived, was to introduce themselves by their names, they were also very well organised and very tidy in every part of the job that they undertook.

When the Hi Ab crane arrived to life the air-conditioning unit onto the roof they were well organised for this, and the Hi AB crane was there for a minimal period of time. The job was achieved under the estimated time to install, they gave very clear and precise training instructions to operate the unit to both myself and my wife, and they left all of the information for the unit with us.

After the installation was completed they left the house in a very clean and tidy condition, and I would not even have known that work of this nature had been undertaken, and this was due to their effort and consideration.
