You knew the extra stresses we were under as a result of the fire so having your team on the site gave us the peace of mind knowing the job would be done thoroughly.

The extra plug sockets, light switches and sensor lights you suggested have come in really handy and would have been something I would never have considered without your advice. You even came back once the job was complete to make sure we were happy and while you wouldn’t admit it I am certain you often went the extra mile for us. We are very grateful for all your hard work, carried out in a cheerful and prompt way.

Owens knowledge and advice must be unparalleled in the industry and the two young lads who installed it were a credit to you.
